A dreadful realization
For someone who doesn't like eggplant, I find myself eating quite a lot of it these days. In January I made Eggplant Kuku; in March, Eggplant Parmesan; and today I made Vegetable Moussaka, which is a traditional Greek eggplant vehicle. That's 3 times already this year, and there's still 3/4 of the year to go!
This forces me to reach the stunning conclusion that perhaps I am a closet eggplant liker. Egads! No! Anything but that!
Another shock is the discovery that perhaps I'm not so closeted after all. Unlike most of what I cook, all of this year's eggplant has been documented here in my weblog. Weird.
