About time

Amazon has finally shipped my 2006 calendar. Good thing too; I've been really confused by the fact that it's September 2005 in my room. I really should have chosen a month that started on the same day of the week as January did. What irks me is that they still charged me full price. Urrr. I got 2 of the same desktop calendar for Christmas, and since I foolishly waited until January 3 to exchange it, I only got half of the original price back. It seems only fair for amazon to discount this calendar's price (beyond their standard savings, of course), since they will have forced me to have lived calendar-less through 3 weeks of the new year, for no reason. Yes, that's right, FOR NO REASON. The item delaying the order, Jenny's addressbook, is not being included with this shipment (sorry Jenny, no Christmas for you). The further injustice is that it seems like January has an especially good picture on this calendar, and I'll only get to have it up for a week. Oh well. If it's been September for 3 weeks, maybe January can extend a little bit into February.

  • you should definitely contact their customer service...who knows they might hook you up with the difference in cost. :)
