Hold your horses
So I really want to write about what I did on Friday, but I'm currently writing postcards about it, and I don't want to scoop the postcards, so you'll just have to wait until after it's reasonable to assume that they've been delivered and read, and then I'll broadcast my tale to the internet =). Kind of paradoxical to make instant communication wait for snail-mail =D.
Sock of the day!! Light blue crew socks with fuzzy, yellow chicks on them and the message that "chicks rule". (Talia, I bet you would like these!)
Socks of yesterday!! First it was European pink, mesh, seamed, convertible tights and part of the time with black thigh length legwarmers. Does that need translating for non-ballerinas? European pink = that peachy color that ballet shoes & tights are. Seamed = seams up the back of the leg (very sexy, no?). Convertible = a slit at the sole so that you can access your toes (to tape them, for instance) or make the tights footless, if that's how you like them (although I wouldn't recommend it. Then your shoes smell horrible!). The slit is NOT a tickle window, as others have mistakenly proposed... After ballet I wore royal blue crew socks with a grid of darker blue and white stars and brown fuzzy monkeys wearing dark blue super hero capes. They were super great!
