Another glimpse into my subconscious

I had another freaky dream last night. It was sooo strange. I was driving somewhere, and it was really rainy and dark, and I was just having a really hard time seeing. And then I realized I'd forgotten to put my glasses on! So I slowed down, and started looking for a turn-off where I'd be able to turn around, but there weren't any. I didn't know if there really weren't any, or if it was because I was blind. So of course, I got pulled over and was given a ticket for driving 8 mph. bother.

But the police officer who gave me the ticket was pretty young and really cute. And he was attracted to me (see, direct proof that this is a dream). Of course, in my dream world I'm also going out with Jed, so I had this idea that maybe if I were able to become friends with the cute policeman, I'd be able to set him up with Colleenie! It never occurred to me that he might conceive it as leading him on...

So we went to a diner, for some reason. Then we leave to go back home to pick up my glasses, and the cop made some remark about having icecream and/or kissing. I acceded to the icecream. But when we got to the parking lot, my car was suspended 6 feet above the ground! Apparently, the police officer had parked it on a downed tree (he'd driven to the diner since I didn't have my glasses), and as soon as we'd left, the tree had whipped back up into the air, carrying my car with it. Luckily the policeman and his friend were able to get it down eventually, and we were able to go back to my place for icecream.

Weird.
